The Hope Chest Scholarship Foundation (HCSF) provides financial assistance to minority New Jersey students attending a college, university or trade school. HCSF awards are based on demonstrated financial need and academic achievement.

In 2000, HCSF shifted its focus solely to education by awarding scholarships to deserving minority students throughout the state of New Jersey. The HCSF has and will continue to financially support minority high school students who have been accepted by accredited colleges, universities, or trade schools for full-time study.
